Pricing and Amenities

Weekend Rental

  • Coordinated access to venue during weekend of Event (Friday/Saturday/Sunday AM)
  • $3900-$5150 Base Venue Fee.
    • Base rate of $3900 is for up to 50 people, afterward $25 per head up to max 100 guests. Holiday pricing varies.
    • $500 refundable security deposit required.
    • Payment by check is preferred; valid credit card must be on file for security deposit.
  • For weekend events separate rental of available Cabins at Red Rock guest cabins required (6 cabins sleep between 12 and 20). Walkable or short drive to venue. Event host not required to pay for others' lodging.
  • Additional fees apply for multiple events in venue during weekend.
  • Single-day, 5-hour access for 50 guests or fewer starts at $2000.

Venue Information

  • Prices based on estimated guest count; to be confirmed and updated one week before event
  • See AMENITIES below for what is included in the venue rental
  • BYO Decorations, Catering, and Alcohol. Prep kitchen has 100lb ice maker and large 3-bay commercial refrigerator.
  • No amplified music after 10pm. Venue closes at 11pm.

Amenities Included with Your Event at the Hillside at Red Rock

  • One, one-hour visits to the property to assist planning after booking is confirmed. To be scheduled one week in advance.
  • Coordinated access to the Hillside for two hours on Friday (4pm-6pm) for setup/rehearsal, all day Saturday (9am-11pm), and Sunday (8am-10am) for full-weekend rentals.
  • Use of a combination of 60” round, cocktail tables, 8’ and 6' banquet tables to accommodate seating for your guests and other basic event needs (food, drink, etc). Basic setup included.
  • Use of black or ivory table linens for tables selected if caterer does not provide. You may bring your own as well.
  • Use of fruitwood folding chairs w/ivory pads. Set up of chairs on property outside the Hillside or Deck incurs an additional cost of $4 per chair.
  • Use of casual furniture on Sky Deck.
  • Staff on-site to receive deliveries.
  • Use of Great Room, Sky Deck, Oak Room, Board Room, and Kitchen.
  • Bride's lounge set up in Oak Room includes use of private shower and bathroom before event.
  • Use of in-house, premium integrated sound system for background music throughout venue. Use of wireless hand-held microphone and projector for presentations. Wifi available. Bring your own playlists!
  • Use of Cabins at Red Rock property, Hillside venue, and various points on HillTOP for personal photos day of event (by appointment, weather permitting, and with staff escort only).
  • On-site parking for 40 vehicles (more may be available depending on event layout).
